By purchasing a product from DivineSpells.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital Products

Divine Spells primarily sells digital products, including downloadable spell guides, rituals, manifestation materials, spiritual content, and other digital resources.

Because digital products are generally delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds Based on Results

Our digital products are provided for spiritual, personal-development, informational, and entertainment purposes.

Spiritual practices, rituals, spells, manifestation techniques, affirmations, and similar practices involve personal beliefs and subjective experiences. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result or outcome from using our products.

A customer not experiencing a desired spiritual, romantic, personal, financial, professional, or other outcome does not make a product eligible for a refund.

For example, refunds will not ordinarily be provided because:

A spell or ritual did not produce the result you hoped for
A relationship or romantic situation did not change
Another person's thoughts, feelings, decisions, or behavior did not change
You did not experience an expected manifestation
You did not experience increased luck, money, success, or another desired outcome
You changed your mind after receiving access to the digital product
You decided you no longer wish to use the product

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once, please contact us.

After verifying the duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate purchase or otherwise resolve the issue as appropriate.

Technical Problems

If you successfully paid for a product but did not receive access to it or experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the purchased file, please contact us at theridesharehub@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with access to the product you purchased.

A technical delivery issue does not automatically entitle you to a refund if we are reasonably able to provide access to the purchased product.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made using your payment method without your authorization, please contact us promptly at theridesharehub@gmail.com.

We may request reasonable information necessary to investigate the transaction.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to address the issue.
